The high chromium (Cr) content (17.00% - 19.00%) forms a dense oxide film on the surface, effectively resisting the erosion of external corrosive media; the nickel (Ni) content reaches 9.00% - 13.00%, not only enhancing the toughness but also improving the corrosion resistance to various acid and alkali environments. Particularly noteworthy is the titanium (Ti) element, whose content is not less than 5 times that of carbon, which can combine with carbon to form stable compounds, avoiding intergranular corrosion and significantly enhancing the reliability of the material after welding and other heat processing.

The 347H stainless steel pipe has excellent mechanical properties. At room temperature, the yield strength is ≥ 205 MPa, the tensile strength is ≥ 515 MPa, and the elongation rate is ≥ 30%. This "combination of rigidity and flexibility" characteristic enables it to withstand high pressure while also being able to deform to a certain extent without breaking. What's even more impressive is its high-temperature mechanical properties. Even in strong corrosive media like acids and alkalis, the synergy of chromium and nickel enables it to handle the situation calmly. Especially with the addition of titanium, it still possesses excellent intergranular corrosion resistance in the welding heat affected zone, which makes it highly competitive in the manufacturing of industrial equipment that requires frequent welding.
IV. High-temperature Resistance: The "Guardian" in Extreme Environments
The 347H stainless steel pipe can be used stably within a wide temperature range of -196℃ to 800℃. Under high-temperature conditions, its anti-oxidation performance is excellent, effectively preventing further reactions between oxygen and the material and avoiding surface oxidation and peeling. At the same time, the internal structure of the material remains stable at high temperatures, and the strength does not significantly decrease. Therefore, it becomes an ideal material for components such as high-temperature furnace tubes, heating equipment pipelines, and heat exchangers.

Whether it is through hot processing such as rolling and forging, or cold processing like bending and stretching, it can be successfully formed.
