◆ Pipe size series standard (HG20553) 

Series A: Belongs to the "Large Outer Diameter Series" 

Series B: Belongs to the "Small Outer Diameter Series" 

◆ French standard  It includes both European and American types of flanges. 

European flange (HG20592 - HG20605) 

Pressure levels: PN2.5, 6, 10, 16, 25, 40, 63, 100, 160, etc. - 9 levels in total 

Nominal diameter: DN10 to DN2000mm 

Flange type: Plate type flat welding, necked flat welding, necked butt welding, integral type, socket welding, threaded, butt joint ring loose fitting, flat joint ring loose fitting, flange cover, lined flange, etc. 10 types. 

Sealing surface type: protruding surface, concave-convex surface, mortise-slot surface, ring connection surface, full plane surface, etc. It can be used in conjunction with JB valves. 

American flange standard (HG20615-HG20626) 

Nominal pressure: PN2.0 (CL150) PN5.0 (CL300) PN11.0 (CL600) PN15.0 (CL900) PN26.0 (CL1500) PN42.0 (CL2500)  6 pressure levels 

Nominal diameter: DN15 - 150 

Flange type:  6 types including necked flat welding, necked butt welding, integral flange, socket welding, thread welding, and loose fitting. 

Sealing surface type: 5 types including flat surface, concave-convex surface, mortise-slot surface, ring connection surface, and full plane surface. 

The application standard system for pressure pipelines in the chemical industry is also a relatively complete standard system. It has undergone several years of production practice tests and has mature usage experience. Since it has two series, namely "large outer diameter series" and "small outer diameter series", as well as "European-style flanges" and "American-style flanges", its application scope is relatively wide. It can be used in conjunction with foreign standards such as ANSI, DIN, and ISO, as well as domestic standards such as GB, SH, and JB.
