What kinds of processes can stainless steel be used for
1. Mirror finish treatment
Mirror finish treatment involves polishing the surface of the stainless steel tube. The polishing methods include physical polishing and chemical polishing. The polished surface of stainless steel can achieve a brightness of nearly 600#, looking very shiny like a mirror. The mirror finish gives a sense of high-end simplicity, fashion and futurism.
II. Chemical Treatment
Chemical treatment refers to the general term for methods that use chemical or electrochemical processes to form a stable compound layer on the surface of stainless steel. As we often say, electroplating is an example of electrochemical treatment. Electroplating can electroplate different colored stainless steel decorative pipes, and this method can achieve complex pattern effects, meeting the requirements of retro or modern designs.
III. Surface Coloring
The coloring of stainless steel not only gives stainless steel products various colors, increasing the variety of product designs, but also enhances the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the products.
4. Surface Brushing Treatment
Wire drawing process Wire drawing is a common technique used in stainless steel products. According to the decorative requirements, it can be made into straight lines, random patterns, helical patterns, waves, and spiral patterns, etc. The surface of stainless steel after wire drawing offers an excellent touch, fine luster, wear-resistant surface, and unique texture effects. It is widely used in electronic devices, kitchen appliances, and mechanical equipment.
V. Spraying
The process of stainless steel spraying and coloring is fundamentally different. Depending on the material, some painting methods may damage the oxide layer on the surface of stainless steel. However, spraying can achieve different colored stainless steel products through simple techniques, and different painting methods can also be used to alter the feel of stainless steel, making it look more elegant.
