How to prevent stainless steel pipes from getting scratched during operation
01 When preparing the raw materials, the stainless steel pipes should be placed face to face or back to back. Additionally, it is necessary to pay attention to the wear condition of the cutting tools and whether there are any burrs or other defects.
When cutting and processing the 02 stainless steel pipe, it is necessary to first check if there are any scratches on the stainless steel pipe to ensure the quality of the material.
If there are any scratches, they should be returned and cannot be processed.
When bending the 03 stainless steel pipe, it is necessary to first check whether there are any impurities or foreign objects on the upper and lower molds as well as the sheet material. If there are any, the bending operation cannot be carried out to prevent damage to the stainless steel pipe.
When welding stainless steel pipes, the welding workbench should be kept clean and flat, without any foreign objects. If any are found, they should be removed promptly.

How to Remove Scratches on Stainless Steel Pipes
01. Use a damp cloth or sponge to apply the cleaner to the scratches on the stainless steel pipe, and vigorously rub it in the same direction as the fine texture of the metal. Check the progress by rinsing with a wet sponge at regular intervals to see if the scratches have disappeared. If this technique removes the scratches, apply a layer of stainless steel polish or olive oil.
02. If it is found that neither the cleaning agent nor the soft cloth can remove the scratches on the surface of the stainless steel pipe, it is recommended to consider using carrots instead.
Because carrots contain a large amount of carotene acid, when carrots are grilled over a fire, the carotene acid is completely released. This carotene acid is the best cleaning agent for cleaning.
Cut the carrots off and place them on the fire to roast until they are fully cooked. Just feel if they are soft with your hands. Then use the roasted carrots to rub the stainless steel tube. After that, rinse them with clean water.
