Water supply and drainage pipelines, irrigation systems 

The water supply and drainage pipeline project is a system of pipes (channels) used for transporting and distributing industrial water supply, drinking water for daily use, as well as for collecting, transporting and discharging industrial wastewater, domestic sewage and rainwater. 

The engineering investment accounts for the majority of the total project investment. And the sprinkler irrigation system is an important part of agricultural water use. The physical and chemical properties of the stainless steel pipes meet the requirements of modern agricultural water treatment. 

2. Drinking water supply pipeline 

As people's requirements for the quality of drinking water for daily use gradually increase, the urban water supply system adopts a differentiated water supply method. Water purification stations are set up in residential areas (hotels, office buildings), parks, etc., to deeply purify the tap water. 

At the same time, an independent circulating network is established using stainless steel pipes. The purified high-quality water is directly sent to users' homes (or guest rooms, offices) through the stainless steel pipes for direct drinking, avoiding the second "water pollution". 

3. Fire protection pipes 

The stainless steel fire-fighting pipeline system is a widely used fixed fire-fighting facility in China. 

After the automatic alarm mechanism is activated, the fire sprinkler system automatically sprays water through the stainless steel pipes in a steady flow and works in conjunction with other fire-fighting facilities. Thus, it can effectively control and extinguish initial fires, reducing fire safety hazards. 

4. Petrochemical Industry 

The petrochemical industry involves corrosive fluids such as acids, bases and salts. Stainless steel pipes, due to their material properties, possess the characteristics of corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. 

It can ensure that the fluid is not contaminated during transportation and the pipeline is not eroded. It is mainly used for heating pipelines and heat exchanger pipelines, cooling tower tubes, tray tubes, hydrogenation process pipelines in the plant; synthesis reactor tubes in the synthesis methanol plant; catalyst regeneration coolers in the ethylene plant, etc. 

5. Urban Heating 

The main type of underfloor heating used in urban heating systems is mostly water-based heating. However, from the perspective of quality of life, in China, the heating method has always been centralized. But due to reasons such as pipeline laying, the temperature in each room of different buildings is uneven. Moreover, the low standard of heating period and heating temperature, as well as the malfunction of the system and the single function of heating, have failed to meet the increasingly higher requirements of modern residents for heating and heating comfort. 

6. Electricity 

Electricity serves as the foundation for national economic development and national livelihood. The inner wall of the stainless steel pipe is smooth, resulting in low water resistance. It can withstand the erosion caused by high water flow velocity. After solution treatment, the mechanical properties and anti-corrosion performance of the pipe and the base material are basically the same, with excellent performance. It is widely used in heaters, boilers, heat exchangers, and condensers. 

7. Decoration 

Modern life emphasizes fashion and taste. Stainless steel decorative pipe products feature a strong metallic texture and unique style, along with an attractive appearance, low cost, and material safety and hygiene. They are widely used in machinery, interior and exterior decoration, and other fields. 

8. Other fields 

Having mentioned so many industry applications, stainless steel pipes are not limited to these alone. For instance, in the production process, pulp transportation and wastewater discharge mostly use stainless steel pipes, and there are many other examples as well.
