Standard System for Application in the Machinery Industry
◆ Pipe size Belongs to the "small outer diameter series"
◆ French standard European flange
Pressure levels: PN2.5, 6.0, 10, 16, 25, 40, 63, 100, 160, 200, etc., a total of 10 pressure levels.
Nominal diameter: DN15 to DN1600mm
Flange type: Integral type, plate type flat welding, butt welding, flat welding ring plate loose fitting, butt welding ring plate loose fitting, flanged plate loose fitting, and flange cover, totaling 7 types.
Sealing surface types: flat surface, convex surface, concave-convex surface, mortise-slot surface, and ring connection surface, totaling 5 types.
The JB valve standard provides selection series based on a limited number of models (as reflected in the product compilations), which not only limits its application scope but also loses its flexibility. From the application scenarios of many production facilities, the performance of JB valves is also unsatisfactory; JB valves cannot be used in conjunction with ANSI and are not convenient for integration with the global market.
