How to solve the problem of uneven wall thickness of stainless steel welded pipes
During the process of cutting and welding, it is often found that the wall thickness of the stainless steel welded pipe is uneven. In fact, it is closely related to the sheet material, so the sheet needs to be inspected before being stored. But when the wall thickness of the stainless steel welded pipe is uneven, how to solve it? Generally speaking, the uneven wall thickness of the stainless steel pipe is mainly manifested as uneven spiral wall thickness, uneven straight wall thickness, and uneven thickness at the head and tail. The influence of continuous rolling process adjustment is an important factor causing the uneven wall thickness of the finished stainless steel welded pipe.
The measures that can be taken are:
Adjust the rolling center line of the perforating machine to ensure that the inclination angles of the two rollers are equal, and adjust the tube rolling machine according to the parameters given in the rolling table.
2. In the second case, the opening time of the centering roller should be adjusted according to the outlet speed of the stainless steel tube. During the rolling process, the centering roller should not be opened too early to prevent the core rod from shaking and causing uneven wall thickness. The opening degree of the centering roller should be appropriately adjusted according to the change in the diameter of the raw tube and should also take into account the jitter of the raw tube.
