What should be done if the thick-walled stainless steel pipe gets corroded
When thick-walled stainless steel pipes are corroded by thermocouples, the anodic oxidation is disrupted and the cathode is maintained. If an attempt is made to keep the thick-walled stainless steel pipes as the cathode throughout, then the pipes are less likely to be corroded. This anti-corrosion method is called pipeline cathodic protection. This is also a way to escort a stroke. It not only uses movable metal materials as a protective film, but also damages the movable metal materials and maintains the metal material components. Further scientific research can also carry out anodic oxidation without damaging the anodic oxidation. Therefore, the cathodic protection method can be divided into the protective film method and the electrical equipment protection method.
Using a relatively active alloy as the protective film, insert it into the surface of the maintained stainless steel welded pipe, or connect the maintenance metal material with an electrical wire to make the protective film and the maintenance metal material become two aspects of the primary battery reaction. Since the protective film is an active metal material, it has an anodic oxidation effect in the battery and is damaged by air oxidation, the maintenance alloy becomes the cathode, and the small-sized rechargeable battery stops or weakens its operation at the cathode, then the maintenance metal material components are maintained. When the protective film is about to rust, another protective film can be used as a substitute.
Therefore, this anti-corrosion method is a lost vehicle protection method, also known as the cathodic protection method. For example, there are zinc blocks in gas-fired steam boilers, and zinc is usually embedded around the aircraft propeller of ships. Zinc is more active than iron, so zinc slowly corrodes and maintains the heating furnace and aircraft propeller. During the electrolysis process, the electrode connected to the negative terminal of the switching power supply is not easily damaged. In this electrode, electronic equipment is not necessary, so the thick-walled stainless steel pipe with 316L itself cannot lose the electronic equipment and become a positive ion.
In other words, the cathode is not easily damaged. Based on this basic principle, the stainless steel thick-walled pipe can be connected to the negative terminal of the switching power supply as the negative connection externally, and the auxiliary power supply and the positive terminal of the switching power supply are set as the anodic oxidation connection, then the maintenance of the negative mechanical equipment is carried out. Anodic oxidation can be some wastewater pipes, old train tracks, etc., which slowly corrode under lower conditions. This method is similar to the protective film method.
